Screen Printing FAQ

What is the minimum order for screen printing?

Our minimum for screen printing is 20 pieces. This is because screen printing involves setting up a screen for each color in your design, and the setup cost is spread across the quantity. The more pieces you order, the lower the cost per shirt.

How many colors can my design have?

Screen printing works best with spot colors, typically 1 to 6. Each color requires a separate screen, so more colors means higher setup cost. If your design has gradients, photos, or many colors, we might recommend our Direct to Film (DTF) service instead.

What file format should I submit my artwork in?

Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are ideal since they scale without losing quality. High-resolution PNG or TIFF at 300dpi also work well. No artwork? No problem. Stop in and we can work with you to create or clean up your design.

What garments can you print on?

We print on t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, long sleeves, tank tops, and more. We carry a variety of quality brands and can source specific styles if you have something in mind. Stop in to see samples in our showroom.

How long does an order take?

Turnaround depends on order size and our current workload. Most orders are ready within 7 to 14 business days from proof approval. Rush orders may be possible. Call us to discuss your timeline and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Can I print on both the front and back of a shirt?

Absolutely. Front, back, sleeve, left chest, we can print in multiple locations. Each print location is priced separately. Let us know what you're thinking and we'll put together a quote that works for your budget.

Do you provide design services?

Yes, to a degree. We can help clean up existing artwork, adjust colors, and prep files for printing. If you need a logo or design built from scratch, we can discuss that as well. The best thing to do is come in and talk through what you're envisioning.
